Satellite Communications On The Move SATCOM-OTM
Our standardized systems can be mounted on an antenna stanchion or designed into a compact enclosure . The military’s expanding need for integrated and continuous communications in hot regions of the earth has increased requirement for an environmental control unit (ECU) capable of maintaining desired temperatures. The Satellite Communications On-The-Move Program (SATCOM-OTM) is being deployed in hot desert environments where the temperature inside the radome of these SATCOM-OTM antennas must be kept below ambient temperatures to prevent premature failure of the electronics systems.
